Chat Privacy

FAQ Chat

FAQ questions are searched locally against published answers. FAQ chat messages are not saved in our database or persistent browser storage. The current page keeps a limited set of bubbles until you clear them or leave the page.

Support Requests

Support messages, sender names, timestamps, assignments, and closure events are saved for staff to handle your request. Signed-in requests belong to your account. Guest requests are accessed through your browser session; losing that session may prevent access to the conversation. Guest history is not transferred when you sign in.

Closing a request does not delete its messages. Messages remain stored until an authorised retention process removes them. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your chat records.

Staff Conversations

Internal conversations are separate from support requests and are available only to eligible staff who are members of the conversation. Messages, fixed membership, and read markers are saved. No email alerts or attachments are included.

Do not send passwords, identity numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information through chat.
